How to pay for your property and estate management services
Highland Residential will advise you annually, in writing, of your new monthly charge for the core services you receive for the following year (effective 1 April). In the majority of cases this charge will be for things that will happen in the coming year (for example, open space maintenance where Highland Residential has tendered costs). Full details of costs incurred and charges will be detailed in your account statement (sent twice a year).
Your payments in respect of the standard factoring charge are due on the first of each month (in advance) unless otherwise agreed with us. In addition, you may contact Highland Residential and we will advise you of your annual charges and, if you would prefer, accept a full payment from you in advance.
Your payments in respect of any additional work shall either be taken from the surplus held in any maintenance fund or be sought in advance of such additional work. After completion of any additional works, a reconciliation will take place when any additional payment due to Highland Residential or rebate due from Highland Residential is calculated and becomes payable, within 28 days of the date of any final invoice.
A wide range of payment methods is available to assist customers paying factoring charges. Please contact us for more details.
Highland Residential has a Debt Prevention and Recovery (Factoring Services) policy. The document is available on request.
At the end of each financial year, a reconciliation will take place when any additional payment due to Highland Residential or credit due from Highland Residential is calculated and advised via an invoice.
